From 1 Shrawan 2083, Community school teachers basic salaries run from Rs 28,690 (SLC failed in more than two subjects) to Rs 74,958 a month at the top of the Secondary, First Class scale. Each grade adds about one day's pay, and every post also gets a 10% incentive allowance.
