Trekking permits in Nepal: every fee, by nationality
Nepali citizens pay Rs 100 at each national park or conservation area and need no TIMS card or restricted-area permit. Indians and other SAARC nationals pay a lower rupee rate (Rs 1,000–1,500 a park, Rs 1,000 TIMS), but the same dollar fee as anyone for a restricted area. Other foreigners pay Rs 3,000 a park and Rs 2,000 for TIMS.
