Data Engineer

We are seeking a versatile and highly motivated data professional who can bridge the gap between Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Data Science. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy building data pipelines, analyzing business data, and developing predictive models to solve real-world fintech challenges.

Qualification and Experience

Bachelor s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.

3 5 years of relevant experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, or Big Data platforms.

Graduates from TU or KU recognized universities are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines.

Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows.

Work with Data Lakehouse and Data Warehouse architectures.

Ensure data quality, reliability, and governance.

Process large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.

Perform exploratory data analysis and business intelligence reporting.

Create dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports.

Analyze customer behavior, transaction trends, and business performance.

Generate actionable insights to support decision-making.

Develop predictive models and machine learning solutions.

Build customer segmentation, recommendation, and personalization models.

Evaluate and improve model performance and business impact.

Required Skills

Advanced proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), Scala, and Java

Strong SQL and database skills.

Apache Spark and PySpark.

Data Visualization.

ETL/ELT development and data modeling.

Machine Learning fundamentals and model deployment.
