The Impact Zone:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job analysis, sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding of new hires.
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events, surveys, and activities to boost morale and foster a positive workplace culture.
Ensure clear communication and compliance with company policies, addressing employee queries and providing accurate policy-related materials.
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports for decision-making.
Assist in performance management processes, including updating performance metrics, supporting reviews, and addressing performance-related issues.
Manage compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination, leave management, and employee benefits events.
Coordinate with external vendors for employee gifts and milestones, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
Support training and development programs, ensuring employees’ development needs are met through in-house and off-site training initiatives.
Manage the company’s social media platforms by creating engaging content, developing a posting calendar, and promoting branding initiatives.
