Product Analyst

The role of Product Analyst is to support data-driven decision-making by analyzing user behavior, product performance, and market trends. This role is critical in identifying insights that guide feature development, optimize user experience, and measure product success.

Qualification and Experience

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline.

2+ years of prior work experience in financial technology projects

Job Description

Analyze User Behavior and Engagement Patterns: Track and interpret user interactions on the mobile banking app to identify usage trends, drop-off points, and improvement opportunities.

Monitor and Report Product KPIs: Define, monitor, and report key performance indicators (e.g., active users, transaction success rate, app load time) to measure product health and effectiveness.

Conduct Market and Competitor Analysis: Research industry trends and competitive mobile banking features to provide insights for enhancing the product roadmap.

Support Feature Evaluation and Prioritization: Use data insights to assess the impact of proposed features or changes and assist the product team in prioritizing the backlog.

Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Developers, and QA teams to ensure that data is accurately captured and leveraged for decision-making.

Required Skills

Data Analytics Tools, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Firebase Analytics, or Amplitude, SQL and Data Querying, BI & Dashboarding Tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, Crashlytics, AppDynamics, or New Relic to monitor app health, performance, and crash analytics, APIs and Data Integration

Ability to interpret API responses and understand how systems exchange data, aiding in backend-user experience correlation.

Strong Attention to detail, ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation and requirement gathering.

Effective Communication; able to convey technical and non-technical information clearly to all stakeholders.

Proactive Ownership of work, follow-ups, and driving clarity.
